Dugard welcome Paul Roberts

We’ve once again strengthened our team with the appointment of a new area sales manager. Paul Roberts has been appointed as the new Area Sales Manager for the South West and South Wales areas to enhance market presence in the region.

Enjoying remarkable growth with our diverse brand portfolio and the strengthening of the team, we expect the appointment of Paul to further underpin brand awareness and growth in the South West of the UK. Paul brings vast experience to the company, having entered the industry almost 25 years ago as an apprentice toolmaker. Since 2000, Paul has completed his apprenticeship, worked in manual and CNC machine shops and also spent over five years as an Area Sales Manager for a world-renowned cutting tool manufacturer.

Following five successful years in cutting tool sales across the South West, Paul returned to a previous employer with the role of managing the machine shop. The career progression continued with Paul returning to sales with a role at a prestigious machine tool company that also has a portfolio of peripheral workholding solutions to accompany its range. Applying his experience in technical sales, identifying cycle time reductions and process improvements, Paul enjoyed significant success serving manufacturers across the South West. Now, with a desire to drive his career forward in machine tool sales, Paul has joined Dugard.
