The 12th Metalloobrabotka International Machine Tools Exhibition in Moscow saw the first of many successful trade show outings for Dugard Rus last week (May 23 – 27 2011).

MACH 2014 has been so much busier than we expected this year – brilliant news as our stand is one of the bigger ones so that’s quite an investment.

With over 70 years of Machine Tool experience, it stands to reason that we have learned everything we need to know about supplying machines for the oil and gas industries. 

The new Samsung Machine Tools factory in Gimhae city, South Korea was unveiled last week and it’s impressive to say the least.

Our open house kicks off on Tuesday 15 October – so with only a week to go it’s action stations here at our head office in Hove.

The leading sub-contract machinists company Hyspeed CNC was founded by brothers Barry and Gary Francis back in November 1993.

EMO’s over and Hannover Messe is now nothing but a baron wasteland (this is a good photo though, well done Paul!).  Not to worry, EMO will be back, but not until 2015 and this time Milan will be the host city.

It’s an exciting time at Dugard – we’ve got a Samsung Machine Tools packed stand at EMO and now there are some great new models for us to show you at the open house.  

The Dugard stand at EMO Hannover seems to be getting busier as the week progresses – we’re literally doing a roaring trade!

The Samsung Range of machine tools is proving to be Dugard’s fastest selling range of all time – with 13 sold throughout the UK and Europe at the Open House alone.

On 2 August 1939 Bob and Eric’s dad Charles incorporated C Dugard Ltd – so that means it’s party time, we’re celebrating our 75th birthday!

As you can see from the picture, Vince Cable was at MACH, taking the opportunity to “… see for [himself] the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and meet the people behind it”.
